Maui Magic

We so love the several faces of Maui. There is the glitz and glamour of Wailea, or the chilled out vibe of Lahaina, and the stunning Beaches of Kaanapali and Kapalua. Now you would be surprised to know is a great time to go with good last minute deals on hotels and some great opportunities on some last minute flights if you pick them well.

Hawaiian Airlines flies Direct from Oakland, San Jose and SFO with some fares in July/August for $650 round trip.

My recommendations for hotels are as follows:

Kapalua

Napili Kai Beach Resort ( Amazing Beach, lovely restaurant Seahouse, make a great Mai tai and sunsets are right there)

The Ritz Carlton ( this hotel has lovely pools and has a free shuttle to Napili Beach, there is a great sushi restaurant a few steps up the road called Sansei)

Kaanapali

Kaanapali Beach Club ( this is very affordable, nice pool and all rooms are suites and huge)

Ka'anapali Beach Hotel ( super affordable, well located and you can walk to Whaler's Village)

Wailea

The Fairmont Kea Lani ( my personal absolute favorite )

The 4 Seasons ( what can you say !!)

Grand Wailea ( huge with 9 pools )
